Research objective:

  1. Identifying problems in the user interface or design of the application.
  2. Uncovering opportunities to improve the video creation feature.
  3. Learning about the participant’s behaviour and preferences

Participant Recruitment: Recruit 5 content creators and food influencers aged 20-35 from various UK locations.

Research Methodology:

In this usability study, I conducted moderated qualitative testing with 5 external users performing a standard task: conducting content creation via the app. I chose this method because it is relatively inexpensive and easily integrated into an agile design environment.

I observed their interactions, asked follow-up questions for clarity, and actively documented both their successes and any interface issues they encountered.
